(2) THE LAND AND BUILDING BELONGING TO THE CHARITY (WHICH IS VESTED IN THE OFFICIAL CUSTODIAN FOR CHARITIES FOR ALL THE ESTATE AND INTEREST THEREIN BELONGING TO OR HELD IN TRUST FOR THE CHARITY BY THE ABOVE-MENTIONED SCHEME OF THE 22ND MARCH 1965) SHALL BE HELD UPON TRUST FOR THE PURPOSES OF A PARISH HALL AS AFORESAID: PROVIDED THAT THE SAID LAND AND BUILDING MAY BE USED BY THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCILOF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST. PANCRAS, KINGSTON ON SUNDAYS AND ON USUAL FESTIVE DAYS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND FOR ECCLESIASTICAL AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND ON SUCH TERMS AS SHALL BE AGREED WITH THE COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT.
